Thanks to Uncle Mark, we now have some photos of Kelly and Ryan's wedding last month -- exactly a month ago today, actually. Happy one month anniversary, Kelly and Ryan! While this past weekend was sunny and in the high 60s, a month ago we were experiencing blizzard conditions.
This is a picture of the bridesmaids and Kelly prior to our mani-pedi excursion. We had planned to drive south of Dayton to a spa for the day, but ended up settling for a nail salon across the street from the hotel... a much safer option. The girls include Alisha, Kim, Julie, Kelly, me, and Jamie (Nathalie wasn't able to make it).
The happy couple made the news on several different local stations for their intrepid decision to go through with the wedding in the middle of a blizzard, especially in light of Kelly being born in a blizzard, too. They even made the TV news in Hawaii!
Brian and I had a very nice time at the wedding, as did Jackson. (He kicked his way through the ceremony and seemed to enjoy the dancing.)
By the end of the evening, the three of us were worn out.
