It's The Great Pumpkin, Aunt Kelly and Uncle Ryan!

This weekend, Kelly and Ryan came to visit. Jack had a blast, whether it involved having Uncle Ryan feed him his chili like a helicopter or using his doctor kit to "check out" Aunt Kelly.

On Saturday, we watched both Buckeye and Spartan victories (leading to a #1 ranking for Ohio State and a #13 ranking for MSU -- Go State!). Then we had chili and applesauce for dinner and played with Jack. On Sunday, we went to church (where Jack entertained us all with his drumming) and then had lunch at Mama Bear's in Old Town before heading home for a universal naptime.

On Sunday afternoon, we went to the Berry Hill Farm in Dexter, on the way to dinner at Zingerman's Roadhouse. The farm, a little off the beaten path, turned out to be a great deal for pumpkins ($.25 per pound, which came down to $5 for four pumpkins!) and a fun experience for Jack. I think we'll definitely be returning next year.
