This Week In Pictures

On Tuesday, we drove to Clarkston for my Aunt Grace's memorial service. Aunt Grace devoted her life to making every child she met feel special and she loved Christmastime. I wish Jack had been able to know her.

After the service, we went to visit Uncle Bob, Brian's grandpa's brother, at the Columbiere Center. He was delighted to meet Jackson and even had a present for him: a stuffed kitty that purrs. We enjoyed our visit, but sadly we weren't able to stay long because we had to get back to Lansing for an appointment.

Jack especially liked the stuffed lion at Uncle Bobby's.

At home, Jack has been making great strides with crawling, kneeling, and pulling himself to a stand. It's scary how fast he picks these things up, both to us and to the cats, who are the main targets of his attention.
