It's A Zoo Out There

Tonight we went to the Wonderland of Lights at Potter Park Zoo. Only a handful of the hardier animals were outside -- an arctic fox, a couple yaks, and some ponies from the summertime pony rides. The cat and monkey house was open, however, and Jack loved seeing the snow leopard, lions, Golden Tamarind, and -- most excitingly -- the ring-tailed lemurs. The female lion was rolling on her back by the glass, and put her paw up to Jack's hand (not, perhaps, the friendly gesture that he interpreted it as, but cute nonetheless).
