These Boots Weren't Made for Walkin'

This afternoon it was sunny and somewhat warmer, so we bundled up Jack in his hat, mittens, winter coat, and new boots to go outside and play. The boots are a half-size too big and they come pretty far up his calves, so he had some trouble walking at first. In fact, our first thought was of John Wayne's swagger in old Westerns! Of course, we had to get that on camera. (We're cruel, I know.)

Once he got accustomed to his boots, Jack enjoyed sledding in the yard.
